According to Maryann Gagnon, HRLogix President, several major casinos were destroyed in Louisiana and Mississippi, leaving more than 10,000 skilled and experienced gaming workers without employment.

HRLogix has enlisted the cooperation of more than 140 casinos in the United States to create an online community where job applicants can view a collective pool of thousands of available gaming positions currently available. Casino partners include MGM Grand, Penn National Gaming, Pinnacle Entertainment Inc., Mandalay Bay, The Venetian, Mohegan Sun, The Borgata, Pechanga Resort among many others. The company has also coordinated the efforts of many junior colleges and unemployment offices to offer space, computers and assistance for displaced workers.

The website, www.katrinagaming.com, will be available to job-seekers beginning Wednesday, September 21rd at 8 a.m.
