CHECHNYA – As reported by the Moscow Times: "The first vice premier of the pro-Moscow Chechen government, Ramzan Kadyrov, has outlawed all gambling businesses in the republic, RIA Novosti reported Wednesday.
"All the gambling arcades are to be removed from Chechnya, Kadyrov told journalists. Their owners were given seven days to dismantle the facilities.
"…Gambling goes against the laws of Islam and produces a negative impact on the youth, the official added…"
